Ding! Ding! Ding! Attention, TVD fans. People Choice for 2011 is close. And the Vampire Diaries is nominated to be  nominated in the awards. So, I want you all to work your asses just like we did in the Teen Choice Awards 2010.

The Vampire Diaries is nominated to be nominated in a several categories: Favorite SciFi/Fantasy Show. Favorite TV Drama. And Favorite TV Drama Actor for Ian Somerhalder.

I know Weslies: BOO ’cause there’s no a nomination for Paul or even Nina. But me & my friends on Twitter are voting at the “Other” option of the poll as “Paul Wesley” so join if you are interested.

Who won the ultimate sexy beast poll by EW.com? The winner had announced.

Without any Introductions or anything. I’m going to say it quickly: Damon Salvatore is the winner of EW the Ultimate Sexy Beast.

Well, I just wanna say: WOHOO! That’s awesome. I got a feeling that Ian/ Damon will win this. Even though Twilighters (Team Edward) girls were also voting.

Damon/ Ian voting rank reached: 138,630 votes.

Edward/ Robert voting rank reached: 134,728 votes.

Only 3,902 votes differemce between the two.

And guys, look for Entertainment Weekly for more stuff about the Poll and also an interview with Ian Somerhalder coming out August 27.

I know, I know, it’s weird about Stefan, Stefan Salvatore and not Damon had nominated in 2 Teen Read Awards’  Best Hottie.

Why I’m surprised? Okay, I’ll tell you. 2 Teen Read Awards site chose “Shadow Souls” and chose Stefan as the “Best Hottie” character. Shadow Souls or let’s say..The Return trilogy is all about Damon, and Stefan didn’t appear much, so I think they should’ve chose Damon. But in anyway, he’s Stefan and we all should vote for him..

What makes Damon Salvatore so lovable?

Damon Salvatore is based on The Vampire Diaries by L.J Smith character: Damon Salvatore. And played by Ian Somerhalder. And he’s mostly what people love whether the one from the books or The TV show.

Why Damon’s so loved?

• Sarcasm.

 

There’s a lot of things that make Damon lovable, on the top of it his sarcasm. Damon got always the best lines and quotes (in the books & even in the TV show) it’s like the writers who write his lines are giving their best to make his lines the best.

• Bad-boy with locked emotions.

 

He is mean, and he do what he wants. And no matter how hard he try to prove that he’s bad or evil, he’s still got that soft part. And people (Mostly girls) love to see a Bad boy with feelings even though if they are locked.

• Vampire.

 

Ofcourse, if Damon was a human he’d still be lovable, but being a vampire or non-human makes always the character exciting. So, being a vampire to Damon makes him more lovable.

• Dark head. Sexy features.

 

Girls mostly love the bad boys with Dark head, Dark hair. Ofcourse not all of them but a lot of them do love the Dark head. Without mentioning the Sexy, beautiful features.

• Ian Somerhalder.

 

Damon already amazing, sweet and lovable in the books, but when Ian took the role and played Damon on the screen and make the charater move and talk, it made Damon much awesome. Much lovable. So, great job, Ian for making Damon more amazing.

Little known fact: Next week, the Television Academy will be handing out nominations for something called the “Primetime Emmy Awards” (pronounced: pry-mm ty-me eh-mee ah-words) .

Of course, we all know where the real glory comes in for TV’s best-loved stars: E! Online’s annual Tater Top Awards–the only awards decided solely by the voters who know best, you fans.

And it begins right here…

Tater Tops is the chance for you TV-lovin’ couch potatoes (Taters? Get it? So clever, we know) to give love to the TV shows and stars you love the most.

The Teen Choice Awards had added more categories and they added also Vampire Diaries in those new categories, again. To vote press HERE!

They added: The Vampire Diaries (Again) in the ”Breakout Show” Category. Nina Dobrev (Again) in the ”Breakout Star Female” category. Paul Wesley (Again) in the “Breakout Star Male” category. And Katerina Graham in the “Scene Stealer Female” category.
